Reporting to a Managing Partner, the overall goals and responsibilities of the position are:
• Launch new products and services to clientele.
• Launch service in new cities.
• Manage Brand consistency.
• Develop strategy and execute marketing campaigns to maintain current and acquire new b-to-b accounts, including email marketing, direct mail, telemarketing, targeted internet campaigns, affiliate partnerships, advertising/press, and trade shows/events.
• Conduct industry and competitive research.
• Create pricing structures to ensure profitability across all product lines.
• Oversee strategy and implementation of all collateral
• Manage direct reports to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
• Gather maximum analysis of department, evaluate that information and modify the department accordingly.
• Create department's Annual Budget and set quarterly goals.
• Work closely with sales department.
• Negotiate third party relationships.
• Opportunity to create new business and revenue streams.
In order to succeed in this position, you are required to:
• Have 10+ years of broad marketing experience in the corporate arena (specifically to HR target audience a plus)
• Track record of driving results and exceeding goals.
• Have experience working in B to B service environment with proven ability to build successful marketing campaigns.
• Experience in email marketing is a must
• Display exceptional negotiation, organizational, written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills.
• Be detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Have an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to be self-motivated in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Bachelors degree, MBA a plus.
