The overall goals and responsibilities of the position are:

• Prepare and distribute 3-4 mass emails per month to our opted-in client base. This activity involves pulling lists from our CRM system, uploading them to our email distribution system, and creating HTML and text versions in an HTML editing tool (copy is written by our marketing team).
• Monitor email campaign performance (bounces, opens, clicks) and report to management any deviations from the norm
• Input email campaign performance (results) into our CRM system
• Liaise with and serve as project coordinator for our web development team

In order to succeed in this position, you will:

• Have a bachelors degree (or equivalent) from an accredited institution or university
• Must be detail oriented and possess strong written and verbal communication skills
• Have experience with email distribution standards
• Proficient with Excel lists, sorting, data manipulation, and file formats (xls and csv)
• Have experience authoring HTML
• Have 1-3 years project management experience
