The Corporate Accounts Representative makes outbound calls and field inbound calls of over 25,000 corporate clients.
Reporting directly to a Corporate Accounts Coordinator, the overall goals and responsibilities are:
• Sign new corporate clients for our free benefits service
o Requires cold calling, but it is a friendly call and easy to pitch our free service to the HR departments of corporations
• Establishing new corporate client relationships
• Meet calling campaign goals for both volume and reaches
• Maintain database of corporate clients and ensure its accuracy
• Participation in Customer Service Team meetings and give status updates
The successful candidate will have:
• Exceptional phone sales skills – must be comfortable with outbound cold calling
• Exceptional customer service skills – must be comfortable with inbound calls and providing customer support
• Computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office products; experience with a client relationship database (like Salesforce) is a plus
• Be a self starter – be able to take initiative without much direction as well as a team player, who fosters teamwork in a high performance culture
• Strong communications skills – both written and verbal
• Detail orientation, organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
• Strong work ethic, articulate, and positive attitude
• A Bachelor's degree and/or 1+ years telesales or call center experience is a plus
• A love of entertainment (Any combination of Theatre, Sports, or Concerts) is a plus
