Reporting to the Vice President of Entertainment Sales, the overall goals and responsibilities of this position are:
• Develop relationships with premiere music, and/or live entertainment events (a new product line for Plum Benefits).
o Responsible for finding and prospecting leads, managing sales process, and retaining all acquired clients.
• Create monthly Guide of entertainment offers for distribution to corporate clients; includes writing agreements, creating offer strategy and finalizing copy.
• Analyze sales results.
• Coordinate with all third parties, including ticketing services, to ensure quality implementation.
• Advance department and company-wide goals for increased analysis and new service development.

In order to succeed in this position, you are required to:
• Have at least 3-5 years of increasing responsibility within the music, live events and/or venues industry.  Particularly in fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Demonstrate proven ability to maintain and cultivate effective client relationships.
• Have demonstrated networking abilities with solid contacts in the concert industry.  Contacts with concert promoters is a plus. 
• Have a proven track record of successful sales management.
• Possess strong negotiating, organizational, analytical, creative, written, and verbal skills.
• Be independent, proactive, thorough and detail oriented.
• A strong work ethic, positive attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Have a Bachelor's degree.
